Yo peeps

Its been a long time since Ive posted any news as to whats going on, basically not had much to say as i haven’t been shredding, bummed about it, but injuries happen.
Good news is Ive got my op on the 13th June,cant wait to get that over and done with and start the road to recovery, seems like everyone in the industry had a rad time out on the boardtest and there’s some cool shit dropping soon in stores, you should come visit me at conspiracy retail http://www.conspiracyclothing.co.uk/ for end of season deals and events that are going down, there’s alot in the pipeline for the shop, with a new shop fit happening very soon.
To any of the Hemel crew that may read this im guessing i will have to step up and catch up with all u lot that throw down

Cant wait to get my kit from Salomon snowboards and bonfire clothing, and to eventually start a new season with them, super stoked to be apart of the team !!

So Ive been away for a few weeks for a bit of a shred with my mates in Tignes, super fun times, powder and drunken antics. The weather was very good for the time of year as Ive ended up coming away with a big goggle tan. I recently got injured riding at Hemel http://www.thesnowcentre.com/ So I only cruised the powder and piste staying clear of the parks which sucked !!

My main aim is to get fit for may when i will be going away again for the board test, so might not be at Hemel Hempstead to much this month, will see everyone soon tho.

OK so Friday just gone, the DWA crew decided to build a kicker which was of a fairly big size, previously to the nights session i had shaped it and tested it, successfully landing in the sweet spot 4 times. Health and Safety marked it down as suitable for the session, whilst waiting in the bar for the night to begin, someone had pushed more snow onto the take off, i didn’t know this until hitting the jump on my second run and ended up knuckling it, basically if you can imagine driving your car through a big puddle on a dry day, the car gets slowed down dramatically. That’s pretty much what happened to me, causing me to land to flat buckling my left knee.
Doctors have said no snowboarding until the swelling has gone down, which means i miss an all paid for trip to chamonix this Sunday 20th, and its debatable if I’m gonna get to go away next Saturday with my mates to tignes on 26th march.
So for the next 6 to 7 days its (R.I.C.E) for me, so gutted at the moment fingers crossed tho.

So friday was again a fun session learning hardway back 1s to cab 1s out, got a nice bruise to prove it. James haggerty and his gang were on the hill for an SLV edit which will be coming out soon, the idea was for the filmers to call 5 tricks, if u missed one u were out the game, the riders involved where Aly Mcmorland, Chris Allso, Dave seeley and myself. Keep your eyes peeled for the video and to find out who won !!?
